Vision Statement – Archdiocese of Manila
The following is the Vision Statement of the Archdiocese of Manila ever since the installation of Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales:
BAYANG TINAWAG
Bayang tinawag ng Ama kay Hesukristo
Upang maging sambayanan
ng mga taong may Kaganapan ng Buhay
sumasaksi sa paghahari ng Diyos,
nagsasabuhay ng Misteryo Paskwal
sa kapangyarihan ng Espiritu Santo
kasama ang Mahal na Ina, ang Birheng Maria.

called by the
Father in Jesus Christ
to become a
Community
of persons with
Fullness of Life
witnessing to the Kingdom of God
by living the
Paschal Mystery
in the power of the
Holy Spirit
with Mary as Companion

This Vision was, soon afterward, set to music by Fr. Carlo Magno Marcelo and, thereafter, sung in Churches in the Archdiocese of Manila.
El Señor Arzobispo le asignó a don Carlo Magno Marcelo a que compusiera la música para estas frases, y luego se empezó a cantar en las varias Parroquias en la Archdiócesis de Manila.
